Covid-19 Show Cancellation Information

To all of our members, HJEO hopes that all of you and your loved ones are staying healthy at this difficult time. We know that everyone is looking forward to the time that we can all ride and show and enjoy our time with our horses again.

Our Board Members held a regular meeting April 5 to discuss how HJEO will proceed moving forward. Board minutes are on the website at https://www.hjeo.com/home/about-hjeo/hjeo-board-minutes/

HJEO events and activities will resume when all Oklahoma counties have been cleared for business as usual and regular social gatherings.

All barns and events will have the opportunity to reschedule their shows that were canceled due to Covid-19 and will do so by an emergency Board meeting TBD.

All is still on the books for the Fall Finale this year.

2020 HJEO Championship Award Banquet info

Reservation forms are now available for the 2020 HJEO Championship Award Banquet.

The banquet is Saturday, February 1, 2020 at the Glenpool Conference Center, 12205 S. Yukon, Glenpool, OK 74033

There will be a buffet style dinner with herb roasted chicken and pot roast plus all the yummy sides, dessert and drink.

Doors open at 6 p.m., dinner served at 6:30 p.m., cash bar available
• Advance reservations are $45 per person and must be received or postmarked by January 20. • After January 20, reservations are $55 per person
• No reservations will be accepted after January 27 or at the door
• Reservations with no payment will not be held

Final Schooling and Rated Points Are Up

The final 2019 schooling and rated show points are posted on the points pages.

The challenge/correction period for these points will end Sunday, December 22 at noon. After that time, all points and placings for awards will be final. Schooling points have been updates as of December 21. Please re-check.

Standings Update; dispute deadline is December 14

Four more days!
Only four more days to dispute, challenge or inquire about any of the 2018 competition year schooling or rated points.

After December 14 at midnight, all points are final and there can be no more changes or corrections (so our volunteers can focus on their families for the holidays!) So if you have any questions, concerns or other inquiries about the HJEO points system and current standings, please contact either Karen Perry (for schooling points questions) and/or Courtney Stewart (for rated points questions.)

Remember: after December 14, all standings are final.
